Establishing a routine can be tricky sometimes, es Establishing a routine can be tricky sometimes, especially with clubs, school work, jobs, and planning time for yourself. Even when days are busy and look different, try starting small. Figure out when you typically do certain things, like school work or going to the gym/taking care of yourself. Once you have a general idea of when you do them or when you would like to do them, try them out and see if your time is being distributed well for what you need. Routines can be hard, but routines can make your days a lot easier, especially when you’re stressed, overwhelmed, or just having a bad day!! #routine #selfcare #mentalhealthtips #mentalhealthmatters #mentalhealthsupport
