Studies have repeatedly proven that asking someone who is upset if they are thinking about suicide does not make them suicidal. So, talk about it! anxiety can manifest in a TON of different ways - these are just a few symptoms. while anxiety is greatly a mental battle, it’s also a physical battle for many. these symptoms are VERY common- it can be weird to feel them and can cause even more anxiety.

it’s important to see a doctor to rule out any physical causes when experiencing new symptoms, but be aware that many of these symptoms can be due to anxiety and can serve as reminder to engage in anxiety reducing activities.
