Wrapping Up Your Summer: Your Bucket List

Teen Summer Bucket List Ready to Hope

All this month we’ve been talking about how to care for your mental wellness in the summertime, including how to manage the stressors that summer sometimes brings (link), strike a healthy work/play balance (link), and even use the extra time to create some self-care habits (link).

We call it a starter list because it’s meant to get you thinking, but by no means is exhaustive, or prescriptive!

Take what you love, add in whatever sparks for you, and leave what doesn’t sound like fun in the least!

The bottom line here is that we just want to encourage you to wrap up your summer in a way you feel great about!

We’ve already talked about self-care and even ways to feel like you’re taking care of important priorities regarding your academic year and investing in your future, but today’s all about the fun!

So without further discussion, check out our Summer Fun Bucket List below!

And as always, we want to be sure to remind you that our Ready to Hope Club at Carmel High School is devoted to helping you build connections, make new friends, and try out new tools and resources for your mental wellness.

We meet at CHS during the school year, but our summer activities are for anyone who’d like to attend- you don’t have to go to CHS, or even live on the north side, to join us! We welcome everyone! Bring your cousin, your bestie, or (if they have great manners) your doggo!
